Registration for the Corvette & High Performance Meet 2012
Ladies and Gentlemen, start your planning now for the 38th Annual Corvette & High Performance Meet! Show dates are February 11 & 12, 2012 at the Puyallup Fair & Events Center in Puyallup, Washington. The phones are already ringing with requests for vendor registration.
Our Pavilion Invitational Display will be all convertibles this year! Got a cool convertible? Give us a call at 360-786-8844! Open to multi-make domestic Muscle cars, hot rods, customs and, of course, Corvettes!
The Next Generation Exhibition will be Saturday, February 11 only in the Expo Hall. Watch for details!
Preregistration for the Corvette & High Performance Meet is closed.
Vendors wishing to purchase space “at the gate” may do so at the Orange gate in the rear of the fairgrounds between 5:00PM and 8:00PM Friday afternoon or after 7:30AM Saturday morning on a “first come, first served” basis.
As of Friday, February 3, there are a few (less than a dozen) inside 10x10 spaces remaining. All covered, unheated spaces (in the barns) are sold out. There is plenty of outside space available for parts and cars.
If you are bringing a trailer, you will have much better success entering Friday than Saturday.
Sorry, we do not accept telephone requests for vendor space after February 5.
Last day to mail Early Entry tickets is Saturday, February 4. Sorry, we do not do will calls for tickets. Satellite ticket outlets sometimes sell out before the show. Call before you drive to their location.
Early Entry tickets will not be available for sale at the Fairgrounds. Our store in Olympia will be open through Thursday to sell tickets over the counter.
Helpful Hints and Little Known Facts
- If you have Same Space privileges and wish to add/delete or relocate, include a note on your registration form when you return it. We review all requests after the November 1 cut-off, once we know what spaces are no longer being held.
- Those who register as early as possible usually get the best choices of available space.
- Certain prime areas are reserved for vendors committing to vend both Saturday and Sunday.
- Our booth layout maps are viewable on the website. You can review the entire booth layout. At this time, we are not able to indicate which booths may have been already rented.
- The Showplex building is generally considered the most desirable of the inside booth areas with close to 400 spaces under one roof. We generally assign spaces from front to rear. Late comers will be in the back of the building.
- The Covered, unheated barns, (C area) are the first to sell out.
- A 20' trailer with a 3' tongue will not fit into a 20' booth. If we don't ask, please tell us how long, meaning overall length, your truck and/or trailer is.
- The 2012 theme for the Pavilion Display will be convertibles and roadsters. Call us if you have something cool you would like to show!
